Welcome to Net Socials! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, the purchase of event tickets and merchandise, and participation in our tennis events and activities. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • 1.1. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
  • 1.2. We may update or change these Terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Event Terms & Conditions

  • 2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to attend Net Socials events.
  • 2.2. Respect & Conduct: We are all about positive vibes! All attendees must show respect to fellow players, organisers, and venues. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
  • 2.3. Dress Code: Please wear appropriate activewear and trainers with non-marking soles when attending tennis sessions.
  • 2.4. Participation & Liability: You participate at your own risk. While we have event liability insurance, Net Socials is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages unless caused by our negligence.
  • 2.5. Cancellations & No-Shows: If you can’t make it, please let us know as early as possible. Refunds will only be provided if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the event.
  • 2.6. Event Changes:  We reserve the right to make changes to event times, dates, or locations. If an event is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.

3. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

  • 3.1. Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event start time. After that, refunds are not available.
  • 3.2. If an event is canceled, we’ll offer you a full refund minus the booking fee.

  • 3.4. Net Socials is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items at events.

4. Event Liability Insurance

  • 4.1. Net Socials has public liability insurance in place to support safe event experiences.
  • 4.2. While we take every reasonable precaution, participants attend events at their own risk.
  • 4.3. Net Socials is not liable for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages unless due to our negligence.

5. Payment & Security

  • 5.1. We currently accept secure payments through Square, and other listed payment providers.
  • 5.2. We do not store or access your payment details. Transactions are handled securely by third-party providers.
  • 5.3. For any unauthorised transactions, please contact your bank or card issuer immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

  • 6.1. All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, belongs to Net Socials and cannot be used without permission.
  • 6.2. Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1. Net Socials is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or events.
  • 7.2. We do our best to ensure information is accurate, but we can’t guarantee complete accuracy at all times.
