Net Socials Refund Policy
Introduction
At Net Socials, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our participants. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our events and activities.
Booking Fees
Please note that booking fees are non-refundable. This policy helps us cover the administrative costs associated with processing and managing event registrations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
– You notify Net Socials of your cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Ticket Tailor has a self service function to cancel your ticket with ease up to this 48 hour window.
Notification Process
For tickets
To request a refund, please use the self service function on Ticket Tailor to cancel your ticket, or contact us via email at [email protected] with your name, event details, and reason for cancellation. We will process your refund request as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Event Cancellations by Net Socials
If Net Socials cancels an event for any reason, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued (minus booking fees). No action is required on your part to receive this refund.
